Dear Esteemed Parents/Guardians,

Greetings! We hope this message finds you well. As we begin Term Two of the 2025 academic year at PALM School, we warmly welcome you back! We're excited for the term ahead and have planned a variety of fun and meaningful activities to support your child's learning and growth.

We kindly request your support in ensuring that learners arrive punctually at 8:00am to fully participate and benefit from the scheduled activities. Please note that the school day concludes at 5:00pm

20th June 2025	Father’s day celebrations (Fathers are invited at 8:00am to 9:00am for a cup of tea/coffee with their little ones.)
2nd -4th July 2025	Midterm II 2025 Assessments PJA & Nursery
8th July 2025	School trip (A contribution of Shs. 70,000. This will cater for transportation, snacks, entrance facilitation, and other logistics to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for the children.
9th – 11th July 2025	Half Term Break: A recess for learners to rest and recharge
12th July 2025	Class Day (Parents strongly encouraged to attend)
23rd July 2025	Live debate- Parents of PJA are invited at 4pm to watch their learners and go back home with them.
29th July- 1st Aug 2025	End of Term II 2025 Assessments.
15th August 2025	End of Term II 2025 holidays

Please be advised that the PALM Junior Academy will have a fee of UGX.60,000 for swimming classes per term, which will be conducted on Wednesdays at Grand praclos Nasuuti Mukono.
